We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, bank account).
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account after the refund has been initiated from our end.
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as innerwear, specific makeup products, or customized items. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
