Cancellation & Refund Policy

Strict No Refund & No Return Policy: As a local business, all sales made through Omomi Store are final. We currently do not offer any refunds or returns for products once they are sold.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review your cart, product size, and details carefully before making a payment.

2. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once a product is purchased. Please be sure of your choice before completing your transaction.

3. No Returns

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns. Items once delivered to the customer will not be taken back.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange Only)

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer an exchange only (no refund). To be eligible for an exchange:

You must record a clear, uncut unboxing video when opening the package.
You must report the damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
